What about the other bike? Not their fault at all? Lol
Their fault was whatever crime they did (or did not) commit. Escalating it to a high speed chase where actual lives are on the line is on the cop.
Nope. Fuck that guy and his girlfriend. Those thieves are a plague in Brazil.
That's exactly how these people think. Police are responsible for the actions of criminals.
