The left photo looks fake. Unless he has 2 different sized arms, but I don’t think so 😝
I agree it looks fake. Head is disproportionate to the size of the body in that left photo. And lighting & resolution on the face is incongruous to the lighting & resolution in the rest of the photo. And I'm not a photoshop-ologist but it really does kinda look photoshopped.
