2mos ago: Management creates a 2yr plan.
1mo ago: Management cascades the plan to all employees.
Last week: Management scraps the 2yr plan and incrementally cascades a new plan.
Today: Management is still filling the gaps in the new plan, while people on the ground are executing the plan, pivoting as needed when new information arrives.
Fun chaotic times! I'm so gonna take a time off at least once a week for the next 3 weeks and expect a big bonus by December, or else...
