This is standard operating procedure for China. It is how they "somehow" leapfrog U.S. technology innovations and mass produce them for their profit.

Nah, China closed the gap long before people started fleeing the turd reich. The whole reason people go back to China now is the fact that it's now ahead scientifically and technologically.
