Would I be able to set this as my desktop background with an HTML enabled wallpaper manager?

no, there are calls to the browser to store data and config since it works on the browser. it could be adapted i guess depending on how that other software works for calls to the os. i didnt know that kind of thing existed tho. what software are you using? still, i think it wouldnt be a nice solution since it would likely be chromium browser working to display that, not very efficient.

it could be adapted as a tauri app or self hosted app which could have more features like displaying system info and other stuff. i thought of that but so far havent done it since i want to polish a few more things. plus it wouldnt do much difference to me, maybe with a good backend it's a little less resource intensive but use wise it's good for me rn.
