The GNOME Project is a free and open source desktop and computing platform for open platforms like Linux that strives to be an easy and elegant way to use your computer. GNOME software is developed openly and ethically by both individual contributors and corporate partners, and is distributed under the GNU General Public License.
This appears to be his personal blog in the GNOME ecosystem, not GNOME’s official blog. There are a list of them on https://blogs.gnome.org/
He was the Executive Director of the GNOME Foundation for four months in 2025. Here’s gnome’s “farewell” to him last August, and he has his own article about it on his own blog about it, too.
still seems a bit strange that those blogs exist under gnome.org, but at least more understandable now, thanks
