Ah, new word unlocked.
Alliaceous is an adjective meaning to resemble, smell, or taste like garlic or onions. It often describes plants belonging to the Allium genus, such as leeks, chives, and shallots, which are characterized by their pungent, pungent, and savory scent.
Thank you, saved me the trouble of looking it up! There's a word I'll probably never find occasion to use.
But I would really love to.
Next time someone doesn't put enough onion in a dish you can ask for it to be "more alliacious."
