Nah there's a bunch of wires. She's actually in a totally different field than the one I was beside. I was beside the blind horse field. The hot wire is to deter the blind horses from getting too close to the fence.
That's cool y'all feed blind horses
I mean, it's a boarding barn so the blind horses have owners. They pay to keep them there and the folks who run the farm care for the horses. I like how they have their own field here, though. You drive right past the blind field to get to the barn and I turn up myusic and drive extra slow because the horses get interested in the music. I love seeing their ears perk up
