I'm looking for someone who may have had a similar problem and can tell me how they resolved it. Specifically, I ordered a WD Red 500GB SSD for 70 euros from amazon.de on January 5, 2026. The first delivery date was between February and March 9, but the product wasn't delivered. By then, the price had already jumped to 150 euros. I called customer service and spoke to their chat support, who told me the new delivery date is April 22 — but that doesn't show in the app. The app only shows 'order received,' and I'm afraid they'll miss this second deadline as well. Can I do anything without canceling the order, given that the price is now 250 euros?

I wouldn't cancel it, there is a good chance they will honor your purchase even though they might miss the next date as well
