I was confused at first too but I've seen a few different instances of the photo now and there seems to be larger versions with more background so I'm thinking it's actually real.

Oh wow, at first I thought the Military member was muslim, and this was some anti-muslim campain. Now i get it, the soldier is IDF.
The rabbis comment is disgusting. Weaponizing antisemitism should be prosecuted the same way as antisemitism itself.
