It's obviously a parody there's a 0% chance a marketer would sign off on this.
It's a good edit. The only thing indicating it is is the absurdity.
It's entire possible they made the poster and actually put it in the ad space.
It is surprisingly easy to open these sign boards up and install your own posters.
I believe I have seen this same bus stop get hit with “real” ads like this several times in the past couple of years. All (rightfully) critical of Trump and fascism.
Likely it's real. Just like all those anti elon musk ads in London a while back.
