I think it's useful. it explicitly calls out that somebody didn't consume the content.

Plus commenting any of that is providing engagement and therefore increasing the reach the post will have. Ignore and report, even bullshit reports since nobody offers a "this is ai, get this cancer off this platform" button are the best ways to respond.

Replying at all generates traction unfortunately. That's why there are so many hate channels, rage bait, fear mongering. It gets views and attention.
