Apparently this is the arcade version of Michael Jackson's Moonwalker. The Genesis version was a side-scroller.

I actually dig the chiptune Smooth Criminal.

Edit: Oh damn, cock-bot shows up at 8:25 and they're doing chiptune Beat It instead.

I have it for Sega Master System. Pretty strange game. The sound effect when you rescue kids from trunks of cars sticks with me for some reason.
