Adobe is selling AI slop as stock photos now

Found it while looking for some art for my home D&D game (ergo; fair use). If I follow the link it gives an error 404 on the adobe stock photo website, so either they removed it or I need to be logged in. I do love the hair sprouting right from the eyeball. That's some Cronenberg body distortion right there.
Looking closer at the eyes, the left one has a distorted iris, and the right's bottom lid could be cancerous.
