Yup. They're manufactured by Hershey's in the US, and Hershey's is notorious for using butyric acid in the production of its chocolate, which, yeah, is one of the compounds found in puke. If you grow up eating Hershey's chocolate you don't really notice it though.
You will if you stop eating it for a while or try it compared to something real.
