Yay! Do you know how long it's been since she's had a rider? What will you need to do to "prep" her?
She hasn't been ridden in like 6-7 years.
To get her prepped, I'm gonna get her used to being tacked and do ground worked while tacked up. Once she's good with that, I have a couple of horse trainer buddies who are going to hop on her first just to get a feel for how much she remembers.
Thanks! Sounds like it'll take some work - exciting though!
