The Biden administration had the Epstein files. If they contained damning evidence why would they not use the files against Trump after they lost the election?
And if the files are that damning to the Trmup admin what is stopping him from just keeping up dropping bombs?
Currently it's a question on how much consessions Iran have to offer for US to stop bombing. Not what demands they can issue to not block the strait.
Because Democrats are complicit in everything that Republicans do. Democrats exist to create the appearance of opposition, while in reality both parties serve the interests of the wealthy. Uncovering the wealthy class's depraved deeds does not serve those interests, which is why neither party really wants that.
We need to delineate here. It's not all Democrats, it's ones that are taking corporate, AIPAC and other dark money. Grassroots campaigns are the only successful way to get candidates that represent working class constituents because that's where the money comes from. This all goes back to Citizen's United, which was the largest attack on democracy in my lifetime.
When I say Democrats here what I mean is the party leaders and the politicians who align with them (that is, the vast majority of them). There can be individuals who run as Democrats who don't align with the party, but the party leadership is actively against them. For instance, Zohran Mamdani's run was opposed by Democrat party leadership. He's more of an independent than a true Democrat.
Because it screws politicians on both sides.
Realistically Biden probably cared more about all the Israeli officials showing up in there and the appearance that Epstein was a Mossad asset than it being embarrassing for like the Clintons, etc.
Because it screws donors on both sides and the politicians serve the people who pay them.

Because Biden loves Israel more than he wanted to stop Trump. That's why he decided to do genocide instead of win reelection.
Also, the attorney general isn't supposed to be a lapdog for the president, they're supposed to act autonomously to enforce checks and balances and.... The law. I know, silly notion. This is a huge shift in corruption that sadly, the American people have come to accept due to propaganda and normalization. The files were sealed due to the Maxwell investigation by a federal judge, which is normal during an ongoing investigation. Then they were reopened by Congress during the Trump regime and the attorney general doesn't follow the law and there's no accountability due to the aforementioned efforts.
The question is also, why weren’t they deleted to in the first Trump admin
