I wonder how many preventable deaths will occur as a result of shit like this, like forget privacy for a minute, just like how many mistakes and charting errors will occur that result in death or severe injury...
There was someone on Reddit a week or two ago who found out that their doctor's office thought they are trans because the AI note-taking misheard something.
