I'm not too deep into noita myself, but I know a lot from watching furyforged. Do you still just take the route down to kolmi, beat his ass and win or do secret stuff every run?

Remember to backtrack. And explore the side branches a bit. This way you'll get a bit more stuff than if you just stick with the primary route.
