i created a repo for the new tab extension

i should have done everything yesterday, sorry for posting again i just wanted to show it, you can try installing it now
yeah there are a few small details that need to be done, i still think maybe some defaults are good since it doesn't have a tutorial or whatever but definitely not my whole bookmarks lol
Maybe the same default of Firefox new tab.
