i didn't test it on zen but unless you have some very weird set up there that breaks something it should work since it's based on firefox. there are installation instructions in the repo since it's not officially published yet, and again since it's based on firefox the instructions are the same

zen mods are css/js injections, not full extensions. a new tab override extension won't translate cleanly into a mod afaik. i just tried installing it there and it didn't work tho, i think there's an issue because zen has a native pop up when you click open a new tab, since i also tried installing tabliss and it won't let me also. it seems zen blocks new tab permissions and there's no fix on their part yet. i think the only way it could work is editing some file inside zen where it stores its new tab file, but it would break with updates and im not sure if it can handle more than a simple html
