The US speaker of the house Mike Johnson has mentioned many times how he and his son monitor each other’s masturbation habits through an app
Lots of countries have their fascists and their dictators but the American right are just plain weird.
Maybe that's why he can't keep up with the news? He should turn the notifications off.
Really? Is touching the ding ding dong such a big deal? I'm not saying porn, a healthy guy can find this sex drive without stimulating material.
Many Christians believe it is sinful, because generally they are uptight as hell about anything regarding sexuality.
I think the porn addiction thing is that you train your brain to seek the reward of sexual pleasure through the cheapest means possible: porn. Cheap as in fast, efficient, and often focusing on exactly what you want. Brain learns, “gee, this is a lot easier this way” and suddenly it’s more difficult to feel engaged with the more natural processes for sexy time.
I understand this, especially during the past years, as many reports (not the nofap guys on reddit, mind you) showed that porn use and abuse has been on the rise, not surprisingly. But going nofap from the state of hypergooning is also dangerous. I think they should set realistic goal and keep journaling, these apps/services are preying on the frail ones. I learnt the concept of gooning against my will.
It’s like coffee to me. My day feels a little more straightened out as long as one gets rubbed out early in the morning.
There’s really not a comfortable way to say that, is there?

Are the app’s servers hosted on Epstein island? A father and son sharing chicken choking habits just sounds creepy.
It's quite creepy and I can definitely picture these uptight evangelical Christian type people thinking it's totally normal. So weird.

Because porn addiction is a real thing and some people who suffer from it want help.
As someone who dealt for way too many years with a heroin addiction, I keep reading things like this and wanting to say stuff like 'porn addiction isn't a real addiction.' But TBF I've never had a porn addiction and don't know what it's like, so I can't say that. But there are undeniable differences.
Can you believe the developers of that app are paying real money for ads for it? I get Quittr ads online and Facebook all the time. Someone is paying money to try and convince me to not to wank. I can't imagine a bigger waste of money.

Same but then I found out that most people I know pay close to $500/year in subscriptions alone. Some don't even remember all the subscriptions they have! A guy at my work was saying that money was really tight and he saved a ton just by cancelling his Adobe and Capcut subscriptions. That's on top of at least 3-4 streaming platforms as well.
I mean in a way I get it. It's easier to just pay subscription services and to have to try and deal with the utterly terrible torrent sites which by the way are no better now than they were 20 years ago.
