If it's too good to be true, it usually is.
What does it hurt to try some stretches? They didn't ask you to donate your kidneys for some weird untrue claim.

The video didn't ask anything or make crazy ridiculous claims in my opinion, we could all use a little more movement.
The blanket statement title is lying? What more do you want.
It doesn't magically fix shit. Yeah you can better many ailments with physical exercise. But thats not what the video says.
Stretching and exercise is the silver bullet to better quality of life that everyone dismisses for snake oil and fads.
