I wasn't sure if it was a joke and I read another comment here that seemed to indicate that it was not. Thanks for clearing that up, unfortunately sarcasm is easily lost across the internet.

This is a good Christian household! The bible said no to boy kissing. But it said nothing bad about dressing up as a fox and fucking your partner who’s dressed as a cow.

Nah it's not furries. It is just the boykisser meme that is often made to call out a person that may or may not be in the closet and mock them. It mostly conveys itself as rage bait / just being annoying.
So if the krita mascot starts saying stuff like that, that's a valid reason to not continue using the software.
I do like the boykisser meme, but I'm just playing into the joke
