You must mean this one:

6: ruddy, plump, or full like ripened fruit

a ripe figure

This one refers to the shape of something - an actual physical object. So like “full lips” but not like a “full head” (abstract) or a “full stomach” (a feeling)

A speech can’t be “ripe with” boasts in this sense.
