Because he attacked lower level goons like a moron.
Lower level goons aka the same people who killed Alex and René. Sure buddy thats why.
Some random ICE goons. People like Thiel and the politicians instructing ICE don't feel a hair less safe because a bunch of their mobs got attacked.
You have to follow the chain of command and look at who the top responsible is, not just those following their orders.
