One set of clubs dominate the Champions League, another win their domestic title every year but cannot compete - does European football have a problem?

The soccer isn’t as good in MLS as the European leagues, and the NWSL probably isn’t the best league in the world anymore, but I have a lot more fun following them because there is parity, which makes the competition more interesting every year.
