My favorite roaster at the moment: Madcap

Based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Madcap is my roaster of choice. I get a new bag of single origin every 2 weeks, and I'm never disappointed. I brew it on my V60 pour over set up.
I'll definitely give them a try! They do sell weird quantities though. 4oz, 8oz, 2lb, 4lb? Most places I've seen sell 12oz or rarely 1lb
Agreed, it is quite odd. I'm also used to 12oz bags, so it's hard to make it last before the next bag comes.
