This has all the edge of a teenager who just discovered a local library book on socialism and is on the way to join their local tankie cosplay convention.
You don't win over anyone but clones of yourself with dumb takes like this. We have a system, it has military, many, many people who control our entire society support the idea of having a military.
Yes that military has been used to do bad things. So have many other institutions, arguably causing far worse harm. You want to see better outcomes? Work to reform the system that directs this military and other systems instead of attacking the people themselves. You need the people to affect change, you don't fix anything by hurling a rock at someone's head for existing.
I swear the left has it's share of absolutely delusional chuds who just want to hate.
Edit: do not engage people, there are people who are literally paid to troll like this, adopting the most brain-dead takes and pushing them as representational of leftism.
