Had to call up a company and their hold music was Metallica's Enter Sandman. I liked that. Got all the way to the final chorus before I got to the person I needed to talk to. What I find pretty interesting is that the wait time was briefly interrupted by someone picking up, but when they put me back on hold the music picked up where it left off instead of starting from the beginning.

I would’ve had to ask the attendant how that BGM got picked. Also wondering what industry the company is. Depending on the nature of your reason for calling, hearing that song might have actually relaxed me just because it’s hilarious 😆
