Sorry I'm not going to read your comment in its entirety as I'm watching a new DND campaign, and got a cat begging for attention.

I'm not singling them out. I avoid BMWs, VWs, and Fords for the same reason despite being a huge fan of all .

Edit: strange 30 plus of y'all are in favor of fascism....

Again with the easy choices though? It’s trivial to avoid a few car brands. So far you’re only listing companies people are likely to randomly not buy from anyway. When someone asked a question about something where it’s not as easy, you blocked them. You’re not avoiding Nazi collaborators, you’re just virtue signaling in the cheapest way possible.

I'm going to apologize again.

My cat takes precedence.

Edit: love that my love for my cat upset a few of fuckers!

You feign politeness while scapegoating an animal for your reluctance to truly examine your own decisions. You could just come back to these comments when you have time, but don't want to.

Why is it more important to avoid brands associated with evil than to avoid the users of patients associated with evil?

The ThinkPad brand wasn't responsible for anything, it was just one brand developed among many by a company after the evil in question was perpetrated.

Guess I'm wrong according to the hivemind

[-] FishFace@piefed.social 32 points 1 month ago

I think you're wrong because of the arguments I raised and the complete lack of any rebuttal.

You're just feeding the troll, buddy.

Of course, no judgement here if wasting the time of a troll is something you enjoy.

[-] YiddishMcSquidish@lemmy.today 1 points 1 month ago

What makes you feel that I'm a troll? I have a pretty expansive public history you're more than welcome to check out that would disagree with you.

If my responses to you puts me in that category, then I feel genuine pity for you.

[-] village604@adultswim.fan 2 points 1 month ago

Apparently you're such a well known troll that even 6 days later someone other than me downvoted you.

[-] YiddishMcSquidish@lemmy.today 1 points 1 month ago

Again, got a public profile that proves you are not only incorrect, but wildly so.

[-] village604@adultswim.fan 1 points 1 month ago* (last edited 1 month ago)

So why were you trolling in this thread, then? You weren't exactly being subtle about it.

[-] YiddishMcSquidish@lemmy.today 1 points 1 month ago

Hey, I'm thinking (maybe over) about this. I want to turn this argument into a learning opportunity.

Could you tell me where I was troll?

[-] YiddishMcSquidish@lemmy.today 1 points 1 month ago

I'm not trolling. This is just how I talk.

That's not it. At least in my case, I'm not a fan of the way you are choosing to be.
