Actually, due to recent events I opened some orange bottles I had left and I was surprised with how the taste changed. I couldn't discern the gatorade anymore. It is good, maybe better in some way, but I have a really hard time describing it. I really need to be more patient with what I brew.
As long as you enjoy it, ain't nothing wrong with rushing it. :) It sounds intriguing.
