It's a shame we're not capitalizing on this. Dragging our feet on creating new homes for refugees means they will establish themselves elsewhere, or even worse stay over there. If we leave too much incentive to stay over there, we will hemorrhage users back to there, where they can have all their Star Trek communities.

Mods are only one part of a community. An important part, for sure, but not the only thing.
