They didn’t redact the names of “Politically Exposed Individuals”, they redacted the name of one Politically Exposed Individual
I'm working under the assumption that anything that is blacked out directly implicates Trump. If there's a photo somewhere of a large woman in a dress with a blacked out face, that's Trump in drag. The grand jury exposition is literally just Trump's name repeated over and over again.
