Israel is a US millitary base in country form, all of its genocide is committed with the express approval, support, and material assistance of the US Empire.
Absolutely not. It's not a one way street, Israel is exerting large amounts of bribes and influence to push the states in such a way

They got a whole hell of a lot more than "some" and your metaphor is ridiculously over simplified and not applicable
No, they don't have nearly as much influence as you think. The US Empire is massive and supports Israel because of its utility in securing its interests, not because of Israeli influence.
