I'm a piano player originally, but switched towards drums recently (1.5 years ago).
Thank you. I was so afraid about playing live drums, but I did it and hey, it worked out fine.
Nice! Like so many other kids, I got forced onto the piano bench. Now I've taken up the cello and am having such a better time just playing for my own pleasure. Good on you for picking up a fun drumming hobby!
Swapped 1.5 years ago and you're placing in nationwide competitions?? Must've had one hell of a solid foundation! Props for the hard work.
