Mary, the father, son, holy ghost... Who's the other lass?
Okay so I was looking into this and first off one of the big places this popped up was a video of Rebecca Black (yes, that one) performing. I was unaware she had continued with music and apparently become something of a queer icon I guess. Which good for her!
Anyway the reference seems to be more "Any 2 Women" letting Father, Son, and Holy Ghost who would technically be nonbinary join in. Making it "Holy" due to both the abundance of holes, and the presence of the Holy Trinity. At least as I seem to be gathering here.
