Based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Madcap is my roaster of choice. I get a new bag of single origin every 2 weeks, and I'm never disappointed. I brew it on my V60 pour over set up.

Nice, I'll have to give it a try. We have a few good options in Michigan. Schuil is my go to when I want something special atm.

I'll have to check out Schuil, thank you! Any other Michigan gems you'd recommend? I've enjoyed Hyperion and Zingerman's lately as well.
