will you date a fat guy regardless of his political alignment?
short answer: no long answer: hell nooooooooo
I see this on 4chan all the time. You've got this demand among the NEETs that their partners look like supermodels, then a bunch of screaming and crying when a woman is repulsed by their bad grooming or poor manners.
On the flip side, you've got the /r/RelationshipAdvice threads where "RED FLAG! DUMP HIM!" is this pre-programmed response to damned near every post. Guys who aren't sexy enough are undateable trash. Guys who are too sexy are skeazy fuckbois (or worse... gay!)
But then you log the fuck off, touch grass, and meet dozens of happy couples of every size and shape and disposition. You even see people with disparate political philosophies dating, because not everyone is a fucking nerd obsessed with primary results and poll numbers and creating some kind of breeding program to win the next election cycle.
no, social media has brainwashed women that fat = bad gymbro/skinny = good. that's why i gave up on dating and just gunna be chillin. being a 35 yr old NEET just chillin. fuck life, less stress is better anyways.
Hi. When is the last time you talked to a woman? Your mom doesn't count.
Year ago
My Brother in Christ, we've had this standard since Calvin Klein plastered half the country in heroin-sheik underwear models. You are two generations late to the party.
naw, it wasn't this bad before. its gotten alot worse. im 35 so ive seen it all
I'm 35 too. I've lived in many places. I don't know why you're creating this reality for yourself. But you have to change the language you use or you'll always see things this way.
I'm a gymbro and things aren't going any better for me lol.
come to canada, insta gf
I know plenty of larger men who are happily dating. The problem isn't the body mass.
oh trust me it is. i actually deleted online dating apps after being called peter griffin even though i dont have a double or triple chin unless i really tuck my head in. im 35, i dont have time for shit like that
Ok, let me amend my position: body mass is not a universal deal breaker. There are people who will reject someone on appearance or weight, but there are many people who would find that same person attractive.
i don't believe that, but like i can't force someone to change what their preferences are, i don't want to change who i am. its just easier to give up
Easier maybe, but less likely to have the best outcomes. I'm sorry dating has been bad for you, and the apps are absolutely predatory, but there's always hope
