Qatar has been acused before of financing terrorism, specifically al Qaeda and Nusra Front.
The meme doesn't say it's the same folks.
While your point is correct, it does NOT remove the validity of the meme's statement.
I'm aware but Qatar didn't do ~~etc~~ wtc, which is what the meme implies.
Eta; but may have helped fund it.
Also, OBL asked US several times before twin towers to cut the crap and we didn't. While it was horrific, it was a teeny-tiny taste of what USA has been doing the world over, since at least the Spanish - American war, and probably before, if we're really honest.
