This explains why my local had no potatoes last time I was there, sweet potato was the only option. Love sweet potato but it is not a substitute!

I quite like sweet potatoes in rich dishes such as stews and curries.

Here's my flex. I have 10 medium sized spuds ready for mash with my lamb chops for Sunday feast day.
