From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Linux is a family of open source Unix-like operating systems based on the Linux kernel, an operating system kernel first released on September 17, 1991 by Linus Torvalds. Linux is typically packaged in a Linux distribution (or distro for short).
Distributions include the Linux kernel and supporting system software and libraries, many of which are provided by the GNU Project. Many Linux distributions use the word "Linux" in their name, but the Free Software Foundation uses the name GNU/Linux to emphasize the importance of GNU software, causing some controversy.

Hi, first of all I would check your computer hardware on Linux hardware.
If there aren't any problems with any component, I would suggest you a distro with recent kernels if the computer is recent (like Fedora), otherwise I would reconsider mint if you installed it a few years ago.
Bazzite is a immutable distro, so if you don't use bleeding edge updates and you have all your apps present inside flatpak it's ok. Surely immutable distros are more robust respect the standard ones.
I personally wouldn't recommend you Ubuntu for Canonical not clear transparency with the users.
