There is exactly a zero percent chance that this way of engaging with others accomplishes anything at all productive that makes anything in the world, our communities, the online space we share, or our brains any better. And it's 100% guaranteed to make some of those things worse without accomplishing anything.
You're not wrong. America has had a lot of issues for a very long time. In particular "foreign policy", and now the same cruelty we have exported abroad is also happening much more overtly at home than is has for a very long time
