It's pieróg, Polish tends to use a -y or -i ending to form the plural

pierogus does actually have a meaning in polish, it's pieróg and the -us suffix, making derogatory nouns

It would mean something kind of like "someone who eats too many pierogi" or "someone who eats pierogi (derogatory)"
