Yeah, the rates in Deluxe Ex are very skewd compared to other packs because you only get 4 cards I assume. A gold rare candy is 0.198% in a regular pack, whereas a gold Eevee Bag in a regular pack of Eevee Grove is 0.040%.
These are better odds! I like it.
