I use 6h because I apparently have no life
I believe that it should be the other way around.
You have too much life, so you frivolously spend it on Lemmy.
Those with no life don't have time for their own interests and hobbies.
That aside, understandable, have a good day.
I switch it based on circumstances. 12h in morning, 6h by noonish, 1h or new by 3pm.
