Serious question. What’s wrong with the Hellcat?

Gotta be honest, I’ve heard plenty good about the Hellcat/Pro but every proud Springfield owner I’ve ever known has been a “just as gud” kinda guy so I haven’t bothered looking into it.

My EDC is a hellcat pro. I'm not under any illusion it's just as good. But the promo they were running were you get a shit ton of mags, a red dot, and a bag for a slightly lower price than a Glock was enough to tip the scales

There was a perfect point in time where there was no 43x MOS and it was the obvious choice if you wanted a micro. That’s how I ended up with that one. I went to trade in a 43 for the 43x and the salesman got me.

That’s the overall sentiment of Springfield pistols. Haven’t found another that I’ve ever wanted to purchase. This one is an exception.
Being honest, it kills a 43x in specs. Pre RMSc cut, tritium front sight, holds 15 against Glocks 10, and it’s the same size. Same price But . I feel like it could also deliver in the 3D2A space.

Hellcat isn't as popular and comparing a gun made by Glock which has been perfected and is made in Austria or the US Vs. Croatia is a big factor. People generally are skeptical of guns not made in the blue blood locations like Germany, Austria, the US, and Belgium to name a few. Odds of buying a gun made in China, Croatia, Turkey, and other places outside of the previously mentioned tend to have bad QC, small support, discontinued quickly, and aren't produced with the same quality parts.

If Springfield straight imported HS products models id probably own several but I find the marketing on them to be very disengenious
