Please Consider Defederating from rammy.site (self.main)

Recently the site has become full of transphobic and conspiracy garbage, as well as a campaign for Ron DeSantis.

Their admin doesn't seem to give two shits about any of this he's just letting it happen without any intervention. Defederating them would benefit this community greatly.

I sent a DM to the admin yesterday. If they don't respond or address the issue, we will be defederating.

It's a shame it had to come to this, I liked rammy.site very stable and almost never goes out, why do bigots have to ruin everything for us...

Damn and I was just thinking how great Lemmy is so far, it's like super early days of Reddit.

Actual conversations without the same tired jokes on every thread and way less angry conservatives.

Because they know normal people will use rational arguments in conversation, while they're held to no such standards.
