If you have to ask that i think you should be proud of the size of yours, because mine is certainly not impressive enough to cause issues with tight pants and i'm smack dab average.
Also tights are stretchy.

Thick warm ones, in sweden we'd call them "long underpants" and they're generally unisex, the local store just decided they're for women because... men have sufficiently hairy legs?..
