Depends, would the worst person torture humanity for all eternity, and never change their mind?
I think measured against an infinite time even the slowest person would come around. Life is short and nobody is absolutely, perfectly evil, maybe colossally so, more than enough to fill 100 years of a spiteful and bitter life but always in a finite way.
